This post is to help anyone else that is desperately searching for why their Google Apps for Business Account cannot log in to Chrome Sync.
Steps:
- Go to the Users & Organization’s Tab and click on services (or go to this link and replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain):
https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/yourdomain.com/Organization#Organization/subtab=1
- Find on page (Ctrl+F or Command+F): Sync
- Turn it on.
- Save Changes
This took me a LOT of google searching to do because just not a lot of people are having the issue and it apparently is only usually with Apps for free accounts.
I even contacted Google Support and they told me flat out that there wasn’t an option to turn Sync on or off and that it’s likely a user setup issue. Ugg.
