Toothpaste for Dinner posted a post titled “Diet: Final Phase”

I have to say that I’m glad I won’t be following the advice in the book being read. However, the advice given would be a entirely tasty, pizza/donut/buttery/deep-fried good time… Yup, still craving the foods that got me to where I am, but I’ve been successful in staying away from them so far.

Diet: Final Phase

This comic is one of my favorites because of it’s randomness of inane and relevant topics. You can subscribe to Drew’s comic feed here

That sounds like a crazy book/comic. It only motivates me to eat more cheese. But it has my attention.

There is a really simple principle I always take into consideration when going on a diet. I must burn a lot more calories then I consume to lose weight. That is why I am sure that there is no diet without exercises.

as I know, the principle of the diet is to limit energy consumption and increase the amount of energy that comes out. but we can do with a lot of variation.
