2009 was a crazy year for me. A move across town and a job switch around the same time, a new girlfriend at the beginning and then a fiancé near the end. I became more active on Twitter and Facebook and even started going to Twin Cities Social Media Breakfast events. Also I started this blog and started doing some social media work for a local restaurant (a fun hobby really, I get paid in food). There’s been a lot of changes this year, but that’s when you know you’re living. Through adaptation you build strength in yourself by discovering the previously unknown and finding new unknowns to discover. I don’t expect myself to ever know everything I want nor do I expect to know everything that I don’t know. I look forward to this. 2010 is going to be just as crazy and change filled. I’ll be moving yet again come June and more than likely I’ll be married by the end of the year.
I await these changes and look forward to the challenges that each of them bring to my table.
